A Data Sharing Infrastructure allows an individual person(s) from various source systems to be efficiently matched and linked across all source systems.

The Hub design of this Data Sharing Infrastructure reduces the number of system connections and simplifies the sharing of data between systems.​

Data analysis across many source systems is made easier when the individual person(s) has already been matched and linked across all source systems and data is structured in a standardize way.

Privacy and security is also enhanced by using pseudo-identifiers to identify individuals in creating aggregate reports.​​

Early Childhood Integrated Data System (ECIDS, pronounced E-Kids) is a system that contains early care and education data from programs providing services to families with young children.

The ECIDS website provides the tools to help authorized users identify children across programs and aggregate longitudinal data in identifying patterns for outcomes.​​
